We operate vibrant and welcoming shopping environments, dominant in their local catchments. We market those centres to encourage repeat visits and increased spend. Through harvesting economies of scale we focus on total cost of retailer occupation, contributing to the profitable trading of our retail occupiers. Through intimate market knowledge and strong retailer relationships, we create the right space to meet contemporary retail formats in the right retail environments.
By operating the properties as individual businesses, with a strong emphasis on high performing on-site management teams, we energetically drive income generation and ultimately investor returns.
Our shopping centre portfolio comprises 7 properties; 6 held within the Mall Fund, and the Kingfisher Centre in Redditch.

In 2014 we:
- Attractive and affordable space in our UK Shopping Centres has driven 100 new lettings and renewals in 2014 totalling £5.2 million.
- Year on year occupancy increased by 1.1% to 96.1%
- Footfall up 0.9% year on year, outperforming industry benchmark by 1.8%
- New Click & Collect agreement with CollectPlus to create and trial Click and Collect hubs. This deal represents its first venture into dominant community shopping centres
