Capital & Regional centres have received 4 nominations in the 2020 REVO Ace awards which recognise excellence in retail destinations and customer service.

Exchange Ilford has been shortlisted nominated for an Ace Award in the Community category following a programme of dramatic rejuvenation and improvement works which have transformed the centre and provide best-in-class facilities for local families. 

Customer service staff at both Kingfisher Centre in Redditch and The Mall Maidstone have made the Ace Stars shortlist which recognise individuals who go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service to centre guests. Congratulations to Paul Clarke, Carly Ladon and Leander Shellum at Kingfisher and Jo Lucas at The Mall Maidstone.
