Our overall strategy is based on three key pillars, Environment, People and Community.

Each key pillar is guided by five intentions, and for 2024 and beyond we are integrating the IMM framework (Social Impact Measurement and Management). The aim is to revitalise retail and leisure areas, prioritising tailored services that cater to the requirements of tenants and local communities.
