Waterside Shopping Centre announces the latest in a string of lettings

Capital & Regional, the specialist retail property company, has secured the first Apple franchise for Lincoln, with a letting at The Waterside Shopping Centre.

Operated by Stormfront Retail Ltd which currently operates 14 Apple outlets across the UK, the 3,360 sq ft store is due to open on 17 December.

Capital & Regional purchased The Waterside Shopping Centre from clients of PRUPIM in February 2011. The scheme is currently anchored by names such as Primark, New Look and Topshop which recently re-fit its 7,800 sq ft store and chose The Waterside Shopping Centre as one of the first sites in the UK to feature its latest store design. The Apple letting is a significant deal for Capital & Regional as it looks to reposition the tenant mix and profile of the centre within Lincoln city centre.
