Capital & Regional's Stuart Laidlaw has been named as one of  Building Magazine's Top 50 Green rising stars.

Stuart is C&R's National Technical Facilities Manager and since 2002 has saved over 44 million kwhrs of gas and electricity across Capital & Regional's Mall Fund portfolio, with recycling rates for waste averaging 76% in 2011. He is a member of the British Council of Shopping Centres Sustainability Working Group.
