Mid Year Review: The Mall Fund and Junction Welcome New Names and Retain Favourites

It has been an exciting year for The Mall Fund and The Junction with significant lettings secured across all Malls and Junction retail parks.

Leading shoe retailer Deichmann joined the retail line up at the Mall Walthamstow while popular brands JD Sports and Carphone Warehouse moved to larger spaces. The Mall Wood Green welcomed Tiger, Millie's Cookies, West Coast and more recently Schuh to the centre, strengthening the retail offer and providing greater choice for visitors to the shopping centre.

The Mall Uxbridge strengthened its retailer line up by signing deals with outdoor clothing brand Trespass and designer menswear retailer Per Lui. Trespass will also be opening a store at the Mall Camberley. Leading stationary and gift retailer, Paperchase and Barclays joined the Mall Sutton Coldfield, enhancing the range of services and products on offer at the shopping centre.

Beales department store joined the Mall Maidstone occupying the former TJ Hughes unit. In further positive news Sports Direct, The Entertainer and Iceland upsized their stores at the shopping centre. At the Mall Blackburn Bodycare also relocated to a larger space and the Mall Luton will soon be welcoming popular Swedish fashion retailer H & M to the centre.

The Junction also boosted the retail offer at their retail parks with major names choosing to open new branches in the parks. The retail line mix at Telford Forge Shopping Park has been strengthened by the arrival of Gap and home furnishings retailer, Dunelm Mill.
