Snozone Holdings Ltd, the UK operator of 2 indoor snow slopes and an indoor dry slope added a 4^th venue to their leisure portfolio in early February when it acquired the company which operates the indoor snow slope – “Snowzone” - at the Xanadú leisure destination in Madrid, the only indoor snow centre in Spain. The transaction was a nominal fee upon the undertaking of a 15 year lease from its current owners Intu.
